We got hit Wed night and a long rain yesterday afternoon into late evening. Nothing supposedly coming today, but expect more later this evening.
Farmers are happy the rains came, crops were starting to look dried, but look healthy now.

Yesterday was a three plus hour drenching...coming down in buckets.

We needed rain...the yards and gardens were looking brown.

Luckily, the rain started as a slow downpour, so not a lot of run-off. Then the ground became soaked enough to handle the drenching.

I gotta go over and check my aunt's basement later this morning. If her sump pump kicks out...gonna be using the wet vac today.
