One of our crazy neighbors had to go to jail for 90 days after he brandished his weapon.

Brandishing doesn't apply to self defense against rioting trespassing mobs who have already burned down half of St. Louis and killed people.

I'm pretty sure that the vast majority of attorneys don't use their profession to harass family and neighbors with lawsuits. After reading about how these ppl have done so, it's no surprise that their fellow wealthy residents there aren't doing anything to stick up for them. I'm sure more than one is hoping that they'll get disbarred, lose their livelihoods, and be forced to move away.

People should be able to protect their own property- I protect mine- You protect yours- They may have been protecting theirs.

I really don't know about this story, but, their gun would not have been taken away if that were the case- WOULD IT?

This looks like a brandishing case where they may have threatened someone. There are laws against that.

How would you feel, if you were just walking down the street and some asshole pulls a gun on you and says something in the way of a threat?
