The McCloskeys, instead of doing what sane and rational ppl would do which is stay inside and call 911 if they truly felt threatened, decided to grandstand and wave their popguns around outside, pointing them at the marchers. The stupid woman, according to her husband, had never used a firearm and had no experience with it. It was just a stupid ploy, and it blew up in their faces. Obviously if the marchers had *really* knocked down the gate and threatened people, cops would have been swarming all over them because all the residents would have been frantically calling 911.
