I do not think Fatso's ego could handle another less than half full venue.

Smart move, why have a rally when his second term has been cancelled?

I think his staff is terrified of bringing him to an empty hangar, so they told him it was probably a bad idea because of the storm. It's transparent. Hilarious to see the amount of energy and angst in this thread from his defenders. He's getting hammered folks. Figure it out.

He brings it upon himself. He's trying desperately to stop the bad polling numbers. He doesn't realize that each rally does more harm than good. He won't listen to staff that tells him to focus on his accomplishments, as he's an incumbent. He keeps attacking others. More often than not, it's Clinton/Obama/Comey etc. He doesn't understand that being a challenger is easy. You just attack, attack, attack.
With the nation crumbling around him, he'd do well to humble himself and try to find a way to put the nation back on track.

    He's too stupid.

    From the OP:

“The rally scheduled for Saturday in Portsmouth, New Hampshire has been postponed for safety reasons because of Tropical Storm Fay."

Well, nobody could blame Mother Nature for being against him!

I want the mandate of a blowout more, but it would be perversely sweet to have Biden eke out a sleazy electoral college only victory
with Trump dominating the popular vote by like 20 million. I'd love that shoe on the other foot. "I'm so sorry, it's all about the electoral college,
there's simply nothing we can do to help you." That would be sweet.

Micabwer. I see you are setting yourself up for another potential disappointment.

Donald Trump took to Twitter to explain that he has postponed his rally in New Hampshire on Saturday due to bad weather despite reports that the area would be fine by the time the campaign event was scheduled to begin.

According to the president, whose last weather-related controversy ended with him using a Sharpie to alter an official National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration map, “With Tropical Storm Fay heading towards the Great State of New Hampshire this weekend, we are forced to reschedule our Portsmouth, New Hampshire Rally at the Portsmouth International Airport at Pease. Stay safe, we will be there soon! #MAGA2020.”

Well, ya know the original date for Tulsa didn't work out either, but they immediately chose an alternate date.

Logically, if they really wanted to go through with this one, they would have already chosen an alternate date and made sure everyone knew.

What's with this 'We'll be there soon' baloney?

Is that like waiting for the cable guy?

I live in this area, and I can tell you that the people in this area are not very enthused about Trump's visit for fear of Covid-19.

Yeah, we just looked at the Portsmouth forecast. 0.02" of rain tomorrow morning; sunny on Sunday.
