Default de Blasio cancels ALL large events for the entire summer except BLM

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio said Thursday that he is banning all large gatherings in the city in a bid to stop the spread of coronavirus, but gave exception to Black Lives Matters protests insisting the ‘historic’ demonstrations must be respected.

So 300 people can get together for a backyard cookout party as long as they have a BLM sign?

    Right to protest

    Right to assemble

First Amendment: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble,

So in NYC BLM can assemble but Catholics cant

Are the so-called constitutional scholars of the Republicans still as clueless as ever over what it actually entails?

All rights have limitations, stupid shit. None are absolute.

There is no science to disprove that BLM protests can spread. They already made up the conclusion that protests are magical and should never be considered as a spreader of the disease, unless it’s the wrong political persuasion, like asking to go back to work.

No prayer services unless you carry a blm sign?

BLM folks screaming at the top of their lungs does not spread the virus, but singing in a church does/could. Got it.
