And guess what happened? By July, approximately 40% of COVID deaths have come from what population? You guessed it! Nursing homes!

So Darth Omar, the random internet user, knew *in March* that sending infected nursing home residents back to the facility was a—very bad idea.

Internationally, the news abroad wasn’t much more encouraging.
Hong Kong and Tokyo both set single day records for COVID-19 cases,

I would think you would base success on how many people died from the incompetence of that particular state. NY holds that record. And lets not forget the current increases of COVID in NY. You see Bartender, when you try to make this political and all about red or blue states, you really should have the upper hand before doing so.
