If Durham is under pressure to complete his investigation of the Russia probe, it could mean one of two things, 1. Trump is getting impatient for dirt to campaign on, or 2. is that Barr knows quite well that Trump's Likelihood of winning in November is bleak, and he does not want to be caught holding the bag.
