Hmmmmm,....they were given a direct stimulus check, collected unemployment, and collected an additional 600.00 per week in federal covid unemployment payments. Sounds to me like these people are either living with a debt to spendable income ratio that is wayyyyyyy out of whack OR they just arent paying because they somehow think they deserve to be continually bailed out as they lay on their asses. Fuckum.

Eventually people have to grow up and be accountable for their own lives and stop begging for the givings of others. Some people have no shame I guess....

Low debt+ good income leads to happy secure stress free life. Why do so few follow this path? I think it is because they are miserable unhappy and purchasing items that they REALLY cant afford gives them that temporary high/ fix that gives them the fleeting feeling of happiness that quickly goes away and in turn makes theyre misery even worse.

If they would just follow the simple plan they wouldnt have any of the problems or unhappiness in the 1st place! Like a dumb rat running a wheel chasing that piece of cheese they can never catch. STUPID! Dumb dumb debt slaves!

That's quite a statement from somebody who is on this forum 24/7 which leads to the question, when do you find time to go to work and earn a living, and pay your bills?????????????????????

This could easily spell doom and gloom for the housing industry, as you cheer a fake "V" shape recovery.

Sooooooooo dumb. If that were to happen than all it would be is a BOOM for people like myself, savers. Housing prices will drop down to nothing, guys like me will swoop in and buy at basement prices, clean the joint up, put a coat of paint on the interior,.....and rent it out. People always have to have a place to live. When housing prices rebound like they always do,....you sell and make a huge profit.

But I do not want that to happen,... nice profit or not. My wish is for our economy to recover and pull everyone up a notch or 2 with it. But I am not a partisan hack either who wishes for bad things to happen as a way to possibly win an election. THAT is the difference....

One does not need to be a partisan hack to see the danger down the road in both the residential and commercial real estate markets. With the outbreak of Covid 19 getting worse, our economy is not in good shape.

And for the record....... I worked my ass off most of my life and saved money instead of loading up on debt like most others so I could live a more casual low debt life of working when I want to instead of because I HAVE TO. Although I will ALWAYS work at least some because I truly believe we need a reason to get up every day and being productive is up near the top of the list. So really,....you can go fuck yourself...LOL

One mans loss is another mans gain. LOL All a drop in the economy will do is make even more money for those you claim to hate the most.

Like I said,.... partisan HACK. So deranged with political hackery that you openly show what you are EVERY day and are shameless in doing so. Meanwhile people like myself wish for a strong economy that pulls EVERYONE up with it. HUGE difference. YOU.... have a screw looses woman, and its time you dealt with it.
