I have little doubt we are already doing so....... The problem is they are doing it on a massive scale & w/ gubment complicity or @ least tacit approval & here you can get tied up in court for years even if you didn't steal anything.....

No, we don't. I know you and most other people think so, but we don't. All private banks and payment processors are now, de facto, Chinese controlled. If they don't do Chinas wishes then they don't get access to Chinas markets. We could, theoretically, regain control of American based banks, but we never will. So that leaves them in the hands of China.

In a speech in July, Biden criticized Trump's trade war and said, without naming names, that if he was fighting China on intellectual property rights, for instance, he would enlist allied nations.

“China can’t afford to ignore half the global economy if we’re united. That gives us substantial leverage to shape the future rules of the road on everything from the environment to labor to trade to technology to transparency,” Biden said.

Problem is, those rules of the road were already written in the World Trade Organization's "rule book" when China joined it in 2001.

Biden also talked about stronger intellectual property, but China is already protecting IP more than ever, so one can assume that he would be fine with China's moves in that direction and leave it at that.

No, it means really. Again, you not liking it does not make it untrue.

IMHO one problem discussing this issue, like every other issue around here, is ppl bringing their personal & political animosity into it.....

We are all on the same hide here I believe.

I see ppl demanding it is like this, another, no it's like that~can they both be right?? Yea, sometimes they can..... The CCP is playing this game on many levels, many angles, thefts, blackmail, force, coercion etc etc etc......

I would like to read some real possible answers to those threats~the rest if just more of the same O' shit we read in every other thread..

The entities with the power to change things will not do so because they have no incentive to do so. They benefit from the current system which has been designed to benefit them, and China, for 40-ish years now.

Yes, we/the world should, because it is happening if we/they like it or not...... IMHO the biggest threat is if the USA attempts to prevent it via force-that will be very ugly for the entire planet......

So we are doing trade agreements addressing the more vile of Chinese behaviors. Which is what I was saying from the beginning
Sadly that is correct IMHO..... It wasn't a good deal for the USA, but IMHO trump should have attempted to rework it, abandoning it left it to the ccp. Asean is going china now.. Not a lot of great alternatives anyway you slice it.....

    They're over populated.

Under this policy, approximately 11 million couples in China are allowed to have a second
child; however, only "nearly one million" couples applied to have a second child in 2014,
less than half the expected number of 2 million per year. By May 2014, 241,000 out of
    271,000 applications had been approved.

    What's your deadline?

Manufacturing is the production of products for use or sale using
labor and machines, tools, chemical or biological processing or
formulation, and is the essence of secondary industry.

Of course the fallacy here is that cutting a great yuge deal will make any difference....

Afterall some ppl, like you, are complaining they cheat, you are correct, & they will continue to do so no matter what...
