I don't think you know the meaning of the word "rebuttal" or what an ad hominem argument is.

I am curious as to which argument you think this rebuts. The word rebuttal would mean there was an actual argument being made. Which argument is that so we can see if it is a rebuttal or not.

An ad hominem is a rebuttal that attacks the person making the argument rather than the argument. Here, Jesse Adams makes a lengthy screed against those who "offend liberals" with no counter other than insulting those people. That makes it an ad hominem.

It's a blanket ad hominem against anyone with an opposed opinion to those of "liberals" who I refer more accurately to as Progressive Leftists.

Offending someone is not an argument. It isn't even a topic to discuss intelligently. I asked what argument was being made that needed to be rebutted. You seem to think that offending someone is a valid argument. It isn't. Since there is no argument being rebutted, there is no ad hominem.
