There is no problem, so long as they aren't militarizing more than they previously were.

    Necessary because Bostonians were pussified.

There's common pro-gun sign that say's "The lock on the door you just kicked in is for your protection, not mine".

Sterner, braver Americans wouldn't cower in fear of the terrorists; they'd be so outraged the terrorists would be running to the police for protection. It's a mindset. Boston didn't and probably still doesn't have a mindset other than to cower in fear and let Big Brother take care of everything.

Thank you all for a nice discussion. I have to say they have been getting better on this board. One exception, Nomad, but hey, it was only one. Hope you all have a great evening.

The city of Boston and Cambridge. Get out of that area and it is a whole different story around the rest of the state. Trust me. Have a good evening.

Understood. Declaring martial law and ordering everyone to stay inside and wear masks is effective. I got it. I just don't agree with the mandatory bullshit or militarizing the police to force it down the throats of citizens. Good leadership and a stronger American soul in each citizen would have been just as effective: imagine every Bostonian outside asking "Who the fuck are you?" to strangers instead of cowering inside praying "Dear God, I hope they catch them".
God bless America and those who defend our Constitution.

In NYC they defuded the police by $1,000,000,000 and that means 1,400 police officer positions were abolished.

Biden now says that he is for changing tactics of policing, tactics that he has supported for decades (because as usual he was wrong)...and defunding the police.....as he claims that he is not for defunding the police.....that is to say he is lying.
I choose my own words like the Americans of olden times........before this dystopia arrived.
