So by the time single payer has anything to do with the process, you've already received treatment.
So you don't have to fill out paperwork, you don't have to count how close you are to reaching your deductible, you don't have co-pays, you can go to the dentist, and you don't have to deal with the bureaucratic nightmare that is private health insurance coverage (nor would your boss).
