So, a "best seller" is a book that is printed and distributed in large number. If this book fails to make large sales volume, that's on the retail vendor who is given a discount on the buy and can put remaining volumes on a "bargain" table or whatever and try to sell them for a fraction of the full price often at cost just to get rid of them.
Do you think Dr. Trump won't make any money from this book? It appears she could break even and still be happy.

Good for you. I do the same with various online bookstores or else read them on kindle, save a tree!

She will. She has a contract with the publisher. The publisher will make money because they have contracts with distributors that require so many volumes to be bought or consigned to them. Retailers are the ones that get screwed. The distributors force down their inventory on them. The saving grace is the retailer is allowed to get rid of their inventory at cost pretty quickly after the book proves unsellable.

I'm just realistic. That's how the publishing business goes. I know several people with contracts with publishers, for example this guy:

I know how the business end of books generally works.

He's right But then, all presidents support teachers/education.... Doesn't everyone?

Oh okay. If you say so. The book is going to be a raging success. Do you even know how many people who don't support Trump?
