The proper approach to the problem would be to decrease the number of ‘high risk interactions’ between young black men and the cops. Nearly literally, all of the bad outcomes begin with the young black men disobeying the cops, running from them, going for their weapons and etc.

With so much of that going on it’s an impossible problem to fix. There will always be the next George Kirby, Rodney King, Michael Brown and etc.
