They aren’t our president. They are an organization that highlights and protest inequality of the system against Blacks, therein lies the difference.

You are a racist who doesn't know that "a racists" is third grade grammar.

    Orange man IS bad, anatta.

He's the worst President we've ever had, and the worst we ever will have. He has failed America during some of the worst crisis situations we have faced in a generation.

Lie number two: Trump denounced the ‘racial justice movement’; it was never mentioned.

    Fail.
Again, sorry for your reading problem.

If you want to play a word game and pretend this isn't about 'racial' social justice, then you can go play with yourself. That's something you seem to be very good at. If this is what you claim is the dishonesty of the media, you are making mountains out of molehills. You are playing the gotcha game. It's boring.

It isn’t used loosely, those I call racists are indeed racists.

The entire article is written with the intent of garnering sympathy for Brooks. The pictures are also there for that purpose. No mention of Brooks trying to tase a police officer is there, nor is his history of domestic abuse against his family.

It may not be technically an editorial article, but the slant is obvious, particularly with regard to the facts that are left out.
Fair point, but we are not discussing 'slant'. The origin of this conversation was a complaint about labeling groups. You want to move the goalposts.

WashPO is playing word games/lying and you’re defending them because you have TDS.

What does the phrase ‘under the banner’ mean to you? Saying a movement was ‘hijacked’ has the same meaning. Or are you implying that all of those morons out looting, rioting, assaulting innocent people, destroying property and etc, all belong to the ‘racial justice movement’.

Speaking of word games: ‘racial justice movement’, what the hell does that mean anyway? What happened to the ‘civil rights movement’? What did the civil rights movement require rebranding? Is it because MLK would no longer approve of it? Cause him to roll over in his grave?

What would MLK have to say about the ‘racial justice movement’ if he was around today? Would MLK approve of their tactics? Or would he say something similar to what Trump said about ‘radical view of American history being taught in schools’?

I think the answer is clear.

Trump is a racist and is divisive. BLM is correct. The fact is throughout our lifetimes, blacks have been treated as chaff. The cops have beaten them and killed them. Their lives do not matter. The cops have jailed them and looted them. It seems blacks have had enough. Rightys think the people cops beat and kill, should respond without violence. Cops first. Then we will have conversations.
Instead of dealing with the police problem, Trump is using BLM as a cudgel and beating red voters over their heads with it and fear. Trump uses fear .

& we all change as time passes but you seem less happy, @ least here, more frustrated & occasionally pissed......

You use to be the opposite from what I recall, like back @ RV.........

    That sounds good,but is it??

Having multiple sources from essentially the same place~perspective is really icon_handjob.gif IMHO..

Various sources w/ VARIOUS PERSPECTIVES is really the key~ & not forming your opinion/conclusions until you have done so..

What most ppl do is check out various sources to cherry pick those that conform to their particular biases.......That isn't the same!!!

And it would have been impossible without the help of Democrats, BLM, China, WHO, the CDC and Fauci lol.

Just think where this could country could be without those people.

    You still don't get it?

Had we stuck w/ Fauci's recommendations & the CDC guidelines, red states like TX & FL would be more like NY right now. They wouldn't be shutting down again, or pulling back on opening.

Fauci was right all along. I think that makes you 0-12, or something like that...
