He did. Education being one of the changes instead of work. Not that it was a bad thing. Until people figured out they could spend ten years getting a 2 year degree and collecting the whole time.

It's widely available on the Internet. If the linkage system on my computer didn't work for sh*t, I WOULD provide a link. Look it up, yourself, tough guy.

I now know why they don't want to link.

The sooner you realize that Barry The Fairy and Traitor Obama is nothing but an anti-American, anti-Christian piece of sh*t, the better.

    Oops.
The changes are in that. For example: "Under the new policy, states can now seek a federal waiver from work-participation rules that, among other things, require welfare recipients to engage in one of 12 specific “work activities,” such as job training. But, in exchange, states must develop a plan that would provide a “more efficient or effective means to promote employment,” which may or may not include some or all of the same work activities. States also must submit an “evaluation plan” that includes “performance measures” that must be met — or the waiver could be revoked."

Trump thinks America is about statues and flags.

He doesn't grasp the deeper concepts: equality, justice, freedom of expression.

He's all surface & appearances - with America, and everything in his life. He is not a man of any depth whatsoever.
