Seems someone forgot to tell NPR the protesters have moved on from the confederacy lol.

In fact, that’s what earned them the ‘totalitarian’ label. Though I prefer the more descriptive ‘moronic totalitarians’. I’m not sure where fascism comes in.

I didn’t get to hear the speech but NPR described it as ‘impassioned’. They can’t call it a ‘good’ speech and get away with it so it must have been pretty good.

I'm pretty sure you guys still want to keep tributes to Confederate leaders. The Confederacy was an enemy nation that we defeated in war. Why would you want statues celebrating an enemy nation? You may as well have a Hitler statue.

As predicted by some of us, the totalitarian morons have moved on to Jefferson and etc. We were assured this wouldn’t happen. It was deemed a slippery slope objection to removing the confederate monuments.
