So you still have not watched Biden's presser from 3 days ago when he answered lots of press questions at the end. I can see why you think that. You bought the meme. You are not doing basic homework. Biden spoke in complete sentences and expressed himself well. Trump can never do that.

Oh, no, you are very much wrong. I want to read exactly how Trump is a fascist. Words have meaning and that's how we have a dialogue. I am neither an ideologue and I think Trump, like every president, has his flaws--in his case some very serious personal ones in particular. But that said, it doesn't necessarily make him a "bad" or "evil" president or a "fascist." So, I want you to enlighten me on how Trump is a fascist.
Trump is also a failed man and a human being too!
Donald Trump and the Tragedy of Failed “Masculine” Leadership
The straightforward explanation for why the federal government has done such a poor job in response to the coronavirus crisis is that Donald Trump is simply not man enough to be president of the United States.
This notion defies conventional wisdom, which regards the bombastic real estate developer and reality TV star as a prototypical alpha male. From the moment he declared his candidacy in 2015, MAGA hat-wearing truckers and Zegna suit-wearing bankers alike cited his manhood as the Trumpian quality they most admired.
Voters—especially but not exclusively white male voters—like candidates who appear tough, and are willing to hit back when they’re attacked. Arguably the greatest source of Donald Trump’s popularity with his white male base is his reputation as a “counterpuncher,” someone who will strike back against his critics and never back down.
A popular tee-shirt seen at Trump rallies expressed it succinctly: “Finally someone with balls.”
This is all embarrassingly juvenile and superficial—but in contemporary American politics, it works. In 2016, these gender dynamics translated into Trump’s crushing margin of victory over Hillary Clinton among white men.
Then came the pandemic.

Yes, I am well aware of European history.
By do I know what fascism means? Yes.
Fascism is a variation of Socialism in which authoritarian rule and nationalism play a role, as opposed to Communist Socialism where the difference is internationalism is substituted for nationalism. There are differences in the ways Socialism is applied in Fascism, but it is applied. Most Fascist governments practice Statist Capitalism rather than nationalizing industry and business. Statist Capitalism has the government controlling what is produced but privately held companies do the actual production.
Racism is not necessarily part of a Fascist government. Italy's and Spain's versions were not particularly racist unlike Germany's.
Fascists can get along with Communists but there will be friction over the nationalist v. internationalist differences. As proof, one can review the Italian-Soviet Union Red Black Alliance.

As with Communism where Marx and Engels were the progenitors, Fascism has it's founder too:

So, I assume that the history lesson you got in junior high school covered all that, or was it a whitewash of Progressive nonsense and lies that didn't give a fig about the meaning of words?
How fascist is Donald Trump?
1. Hyper-nationalism. This attribute is not confined to fascism, but it is central to all fascism. Trump regularly promises to put America first and extolls the virtues of ordinary Americans (by which he often seems to mean white Americans). His trade policy qualifies as economic nationalism. By the standards of American politics, he is a hyper-nationalist, but by the standards of historical fascism, he is not in the upper echelon. Two Benitos.
2. Militarism. Fascists routinely lionized military institutions and military virtues, and at least rhetorically sought military solutions to political issues. Trump lavishes praise on the troops, as almost all American politicians do these days, and he has proposed (in vague and vulgar terms) a militaristic solution to the problem posed by the Islamic State. He has recommend taking the oil of the Middle East, which presumably would require armed force. But by and large, Trump does not blithely recommend military action and often lambastes his rivals for allegedly incompetent military adventurism. He does not dress his followers in ersatz military garb. Two Benitos.

You'd be wrong. As a historian, I believe that. So do many others who are not Progressives and want to write Fascism out of Leftist history because it gives them another big black eye.

That is, Fascism prefers Statist Capitalism.Fascism is to be distinguished from interventionism, or the mixed economy. Interventionism seeks to guide the market process, not eliminate it, as fascism did. Minimum wage and antitrust laws, though they regulate the free market, are a far cry from multiyear plans from the Ministry of Economics.

China has moved to Statist Capitalism and while they call their government Communist, it is becoming more and more a Fascist one.

So, the only historians who believe Fascism is ultra-Right wing are the sort who also think Communism is a good thing. But, seeing as how these days in academia that is a widely held position (being on the Left or radical Left), particularly in the liberal arts, it is understandable.
One term, impeached, unpopular and brought recession and worst pandemic response in the world.
Yes, a failed president. A first term lame duck.
