Default Roberts bulldozes wall between church and state

Not that there ever was such a thing but its funny to see slare go loco over a very reasonable ruling from the Supremes.

Seems Montana had taken to funding some private schools and the others said whoa up, what about us ?

    And SCOTUS agreed.

    Good job this time kids.

A far-right-wing court is very dangerous to the principles America was founded on. The separation of church and state has been eroding for generations. The Supremes just gave it a gut shot. Trump has knocked down the walls that separate the 3 branches of government. In 4 years, Trump has destroyed much of the foundations the country was based on. It is close to a different place now.

more of an anti-discrimination ruling, but that's fine considering the hostility to non-secular schools

There never was a wall between church and state. States even have the authority to establish State religions, if their own constitutions authorize it (currently none of them do). This ruling complies with the 14th amendment. The 1st amendment only applies to the federal government, and does not even mention the separation between church and state.

There never was a separation between church and state anywhere in the constitution nor any of its amendments.
