Besides, stores, restaurants and etc are low risk environments. Studies have shown the greatest risk is in compact crowds—coupled with, significant time.

Avoid subways, crowded bars, crowds of lefties loons and etc, and the mask is basically a security blanket. Or ‘showing people that you care’ or whatever.
Dr. Darth, why not give it a rest for a bit. You're at odds with almost the entire medical and healthcare community at this point.

"Improper use" - do you think that maybe they have determined that less is spread through touching, and that even with poor handling masks stop those pesky respiratory droplets more effectively?

You’ve already proven how stupid you are, and you continue to prove it by not wearing a mask. Your lack of care for your fellow human is on full display.

You don’t wear a mask because fear of touching it stresses you out?

No lol, it’s because *I know* I’m not supposed to touch it and then squeeze cantaloupe to see if it’s ripe.

It’s a hassle and I don’t want to deal with it. And masks are overrated unless you’re in a high risk environment.

He's right. But the best thing to do re grocery shopping is order online for pickup. It's what I do now. Do you? if not, why not? After all it's the best way to not come into contact with those wearing filthy contaminated masks that are used over and over. They're worse than reusing underwear because at least there's a barrier to the underwear plus the oral cavity has more bacterial flora per µm³ than the anus.

Stop promoting misinformation by using stupid examples like equating holding your breath with breathing through a mask. It makes you look like an idiot.

Perfect. The only other thing to add is "selfish" along with "stupid."

Our masks have replaceable filters and exhaust ports. Plus I have an IR hand held sterilizer.

    Well, you’re wrong.

Anything that impedes airflow into the lungs is going to increase blood CO2 level. Masks included. Granted, if you’re just standing there during a surgery or walking through a store it’s not going to be significant. But that can change when you start asking people to wear masks doing anything like strenuous work.

Cover your face with a mask and take a brisk walk and you will instinctively pull it down pretty quick. That’s your brain telling you about your blood O2/CO2 levels.

I go in stores to look at merchandise and sales not advertised. Some of us are not rich
