How can Biden increase taxes? That's the job of Congress.

But yeah, part of the OP point is that Biden’s numbers are probably as good as they are going to get—using the basement strategy. The Democrats problem is they are going to have to turn Biden loose at some point. I suggested now as a good time so we can hear—unscripted—about what Joe has to say about getting rid of Mount Rushmore and some of the other lefty’s madness.

Of course, that’s the last thing they would do. Joes mental facilities are slipping and it would be a challenge for any politician to tip-toe around BLM. If he comes down on them, that could alienate blacks and the many BLM supporters. Tip toe too far in the other direction—and he’s going to alienate huge swaths or other voters.

I’d keep him hid too.

Biden has appeared on many talk shows and has been interviewed. He has spoken intelligently and in complete sentences. He, and Trump are at an age that they should be careful around Corona. Whatever silly rightys say about Biden not making dangerous appearances, it is working. As Trump speaks, he harms his election chances.

It doesn't sound to me like Dementia. It sounds more like Biden has gotten old and brain dead. Dementia and Alzheimer's would have him give a response like surprise there is a COVID-19 outbreak, or that there is some issue with it. That is, his short-term memory is zero or next to zero. Instead, he sounds like the words go in and through a blinder before he answers through that same blinder and the words go out.

The thing is, when trump speaks at a rally it's mostly about his grievances against Biden, Hillary, Obama, Democrats, media and the world in general. It's not hard for those words to roll off his tongue because he's had so much practice. But ask him a policy question, or even a softball about his second term like Hannity did, and he freezes like a deer in the headlights.
