Default Obama Whitewashes George W. Bush’s Legacy to Make Trump Look Bad (Again)

See? This is a problem and no one should buy into and accept this whitewashing, gaslighting and denial. It is detrimental to the country in so many ways and part of why we are where we are now. SMFH

    Dear Red-State Trump Voter,
Let’s face it, guys: We’re done.

It is a tragedy that so much of the work that so many men and women toiled at for so long to make this a better country, and a better world, has been thrown away, leaving us all in such needless peril.

This is why our separation in all but name is necessary.

It might just be that Bush looks good in comparison to Trump.

That is not what Obama was saying and there is no excuse for this. Anyone looks good in comparison to the Trumpenstein monster but this is a pathetic rewriting of history and blatant whitewashing.

Yes, I'm not making excuses for Obama. I'm just saying he could be forgetting how bad Bush was because he seems good in retrospect. But there is no excusing Bush's wars, tortures, and homophobia.

Obama forgot that his predecessor and his administration were/are war criminals? Really? You want to go with that? It's really pathetic on Obama's part. Any respect I had left for him just evaporated.

People have short memories. Look at how many people, even Liberals, have this nostalgic liking of Bush now. Like he was this goofy bumbling grandpa who we all had a good laugh at, instead of a war criminal.

Obama knows damned well what Bush is guilty of but he is counting on the people to have those short memories you speak of and it's insulting. Maybe if Obama had held Bush and Wall Street accountable for their crimes we would be in a better spot today. Obama is now officially part of the problem. Just anther corporate tool of the machine.

Well he was always a corporate tool. His foreign policy was exactly what the military industrial complex wanted.

Cannot argue that. And he was exactly what Wall Street wanted as well.
