I look at this way. Ultimately in a democracy people have the right to say they want to 'tear down' our current systems and replace them. Trying to run for office on that platform isn't going to get you very far but you have the right to do it. Now if you start breaking the law and creating violence then yeah, we have a criminal justice system to handle that. They're not going to last long doing that.
