So BLM is about 20 or so blacks improperly killed by police per year......there is no systemic abuse. More whites are victimized by bad cops which says color or race isnt the issue. BLM say nothing and they seem ok with thousands of blacks being killed by other blacks.

Norberg IS VERY "cognitively challenged" (that how you say "dumb" in a Politically Correct way) - just ignore him. The problem - like I said in a post last week - is that he has the right to vote. I think there should be some conditions that accompany the franchise. I don't think the Right to vote should be a, no-strings-attached, universal entitlement.(I known that in the US you are not permitted to vote if you are in prison, but there's not many other restrictions on the franchise that come to mind. (Let me know if I've overlooked any).


There should be a requirement that before a US citizen is granted the Right to vote they should have to sit and pass an official government IQ test. A pass is a score of AT LEAST 100 points. If you score below 100 points you fail the test and you are not allowed to vote.


US citizens with Down's syndrome (and other IDDs) are NOT PERMITTED to vote because their IQ score is far too lo;, for example, a relatively "bright" Down syndrome adult might have a measured IQ score between 40 and 50 points. That's way too low for him/her to understand, and make reasoned decisions about, the many different policy options the Republican and Democrat contenders for President are offering during the electiojn campaign.


It's just like driving, you wouldn't want a situation where anyone had the Right to drive a car in America once they turned 16 years of age, without having to pass a driving test and prove they are competent enough behind the wheel to be given a licence to drive, would you?? Can you imagine having unlicenced teenagers fling around you city's streets or the Interstate highaway never having proved they could pass a driving test.


Well, it the same with voting; would you want adults who were "cognitively challenged" (to me, that's any adult American citizen with an IQ score below 100 points as measured by a professional, standardised IQ test instrument) "driving" the future of the US at the ballot box ?


Imposing a minimum IQ score of 100 points as a condition for voting eligibility in American elections (at State and Federal level) would make the US a much better place in every way. With respect to this OP, I'm sure it could save a lot of lives that would otherwise be lost in acts of mindless violence.
