    Default Have a little Gatorade.

An antiemetic is a drug that is effective against vomiting and nausea.
Antiemetics are typically used to treat motion sickness and the side
effects of opioid analgesics, general anaesthetics, and chemotherapy
    directed against cancer.

Why does my boat stall in idle?
Most boats have two 5 mph speeds. The first, with the throttle clicked just forward of
neutral, is called “idling in gear” — so that the engine is turning at around 600 rpm.
The second 5 mph speed is the one in which the engine is turning about 1,300 rpm.

    Is burning diesel bad?
Diesel engines produce higher levels of particulates, microscopic bits of soot left over
from the combustion process. These can penetrate deep into the lungs, causing irritation
    and potentially triggering asthma attacks..

Ginger ale is a carbonated soft drink flavoured with ginger.
It is consumed on its own or used as a mixer, often with
spirit-based drinks. There are two main types of ginger ale.
The golden style is credited to the Irish doctor Thomas Joseph Cantrell.

Do marine diesel engines require def?
As of 2014, the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) started phasing
in the new regulations for diesel emissions in the marine industry. Now,
diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) is all the more important, even required, for
    commercial vessels.

I use the patch. I take Dramamine. I use bonine.

Default I’m there for the same reason you are.

There’s nothing like a good workout. You break a sweat.
The muscles get hot and relaxed. I know, It feels good.
    😊

You come around with your hips, step forward. Now punch and pull.
A lot of parts of your body and muscles get put to use.

I was just checking out Tommy’s web site.
He has a lot of nice stuff. He caters to the type of fishing that I like to do.

Mostly likely I’ll order some stuff and just leave here in the condo, instead of shleping all of this stuff back and forth.

    Keeping it real!

A had a brief conversation with him over the phone. A true gentleman.
He falls in the world class casting category and competes as a world
class caster. Casts over 800’ in tournament.

At one time or another we all started at Canarsie Pier.

Pumpkin Patch Channel is a channel in Brooklyn. Pumpkin Patch Channel is situated nearby to Pumpkin Patch Marsh, and close to Black Bank Marsh.

The pumpkin patch runs parallel to the bridge. It’s a good cast to get your big wait and big beight to.
If you did hit it. You were rewarded with a bragging rights fish. That’s how I got into distance casting/fishing.

The Indians that occupied the area called it Jamaica bay. Which translates as beaver. Beaver bay. The book I read.

The channel was dug out during the war. The subs would move to and fro.

    Default Yeah we know.

    This is what I’m seeing.
The anchor rod never comes out. One rod has a 1 foot leader.
You can hook up another rod to the anchor rod with a 3 foot leader.
Offset the fishing rods at 15 degrees to the center anchor rod.
Adjust the fishing rods accordingly. No need to swing the anchor rod.
I call it a breaches rig.

Default No that’s not the same, that’s different.

I’m not a captain. Me telling a captain what to do is STUPID! I fish for yellowfin. That’s ch!ts expensive.
Rods, reels, tackle. More than one. For what I’m looking to do I now have to drive hours.

We use grouper rigs even though they’re not in season.
What depths are you fishing at?
    There’s obviously lead involved.
We have everything. You don’t need anything.
Are you charging me for the live bait?
There’s a wide variety of snappers and jacks that are caught.
The fare might want to keep a big porgy and a couple of trigger.
    A tandem, a high low, a snafu.

No no we don’t do that, it’s different.

The communist was first in space.

This is simple. For what I’m looking to do I have to drive hours.

    This one’s even further.

They’re catching them at Canarsie. They’re getting a steady pick at Magnolia
and they’re spotty at Jones Beach Pier. It’s hit or miss. Here I come.

On the ride out the one fella had a beer or two. In the middle of it all he spewed his guts.
Grabbed the wash down and cleaned up after him. Handed him a water.

This is what we caught in 4 hours.

Default It was foul hooked. Not caught on a treble snag/snatch rig.

Snagging or snatch hooking is addressed in the FWC regulations. For each species of fish there is a heading for "Legal Gear". Unless it specifically states that snatch hooking is prohibited, then you can assume its legal for that particular species. However, in some areas there may be a local regulation prohibiting snatching. Its is legal to snatch mullet in the State of Florida, but if you ask a Everglades National Park Ranger they will probably tell you that its NOT legal in the Park, despite there being no regulation prohibited snagging mullet that I can find in their literature. Some of the fish species that CANNOT be snagged in Florida are Black Drum, Flounder, Redfish, Sheephead, Snook, Tarpon, Tripletail, and of course any protected species where harvesting is prohibited outright, such as Spotted Eagle Rays,, Goliath Grouper, Nassau Grouper, etc. But don't take my word on this list of prohibited species being all inclusive, since I'm not a FWC officer, but just have a working knowledge of the State's fishing regulations.

I had small Spanish mackerel hit the sabiki and bite the bit of leader the hook was tied to.
I threw a cast net and accidentally caught a Permit.

With the seining net I caught small jacks on accident. I was able to sift them out as for example.
These are some of the major issues that I’m seeing or coming across. Note to self.

    This is nothing new.
