Why 100 ? Well in the 1950's, America's population was 85 - 90% White Western (European) and the average IQ was about 100 points. America was a giant boom town in the 1950, blue-collar workers could afford to buy a new family home and a car to drive on the new Interstate Highways. Everyone was eating well and generally speaking in good health, the economy was humming along nicely, unemployment was low, crime rates were low, there was no mass-murdering aborting industry, if you were a communist you were rated public enemy number one, public schools actually taught students real lesson in real subjects like:English, science, math, history, geography; they were also taught the meanings in their Constitution/Bill of Rights and Declaration of Independence;they were taught to be proud of their country;to be well-mannered and law-abiding;to show respect for the authorities and elders in their society, etc. Basically,it was all good.
That must mean that an average IQ score if 100 points can make for a prosperous and civilized society
The USAF, BTW , been doing a similar thing for close on 100 years now. To this day to get into the armed forces you need an IQ score of 83 or above on an official test.
So I think we should have the same condition imposed on voting. I do not see the franchise as a universal, no-strings-attached, Right. To be eligible to vote you must demonstrate that you have the kind of cognitive ability that will prevent you from casting a foolish ballot for some one like Joe Biden or AOC or Ilhan Omar. Right ?
