Troop fooled him. His presence created the impression that the military backs or was involved in domestic disturbances. That is not allowed. Trump wanted him in uniform and in the group.

When the Joint Chiefs attend the State of the Union Speech, they are not giving the impression that the military backs the administration or the policies.

Trump is creating that impression by using them in photo ops. That is what pisses them off. They attend the state of the union because it is an event. The Supreme Court judges show too. All The house and Senate members, except one are there. They also are not all backing president daffy. You have no point here at all.
