I will add that since a multicultural community is where this happened, it would be more appropriate to address black people within our communities because here in North America many variations of human share communities thus make up the communities in general hence the term multicultural, not just one variation of human for the colour of their skin. Same in the UK. There might be the odd neighborhood of just black people living here and there, but UK, USA, Canada etc. are multicultural so lets not forget we are all a part of the same community together.
