No, they don't. They get arrested and the story ends with a proper sentencing. When it has come to many black victims the cop barely got a slap on the wrist and at times even continued police duties like nothing happened. That's the real story there.

Police brutality is generally color blind, I realized that after my White (Italian) friends family called the cops over suspcious activity, and the cops killed the families dog.

What exactly is the evidence that George Floyd was killed for being black? We're assuming race played a role because the media tells us it did. There is no real reason to assume that this was anything more than police brutality.
