I don't even want to THINK about the prosecution blowing this in such a way that these guys would get off lightly. THIS is what's concerning us right now.
HA! Just having the Cops fired is a milestone. If Derek gets 5-10 years rather than 6 months Probation, that's a Win.

The Complaint is 'Police Brutality' .
Standing on the neck of someone cuffed and on the ground IS UNACCEPTABLE.
Once again you engage in lying; no one "stood" on Floyds neck. Why the lies?

Well, either way it would show Chauvin disregarding the distress of Floyd.
Chauvin's got some mental issues or something. I mean.....all this big power play over a counterfeit $20 bill.
But, I get what your saying. Maybe if he just caught a mass rapist/murderer...OK, I could see some extra tough guy laps being taken so to speak.
But a counterfeit bill? Something's off in his head.

Do they? OK...I'm spoiled by our neighborhood force, I guess I just took a quick look...something like 6% of the city officers account for all the force reports....

Probably NOT stepping on his neck would "ease the breathing issues".

It would, but that's not what the "cause" of death was shown to be. It contributed, but it's not what stopped his heart.
Everything together didn't help Floyd at all. There was no amount of hard force that cut off air via windpipe in neck (the breathing issue).
Mild pressure to neck arteries DID however possibly affect blood flow (oxygen to the brain).
