Hannity is so smug, I can't stand him. Rush I can tolerate and he's right a lot of the time.

I wouldn't go as far as to say "a lot".

I can't listen to Hannity anymore. Between his two minute intro with the most annoying pop country music, and his endless ad nauseum repetition of talking points (valid as they may be), I can't take it. But he's a good man, and it's not at all surprising he would hold this position on Mr. Floyd's death.

I don't see how that squares with being described as "a good man".

TBH, it's been awhile since I've listened to him. If I go look I probably have a couple of his books on my shelves that I read years ago. But at a certain point he just lost me. I know I can be as partisan as the next guy but it's like you said about repetition of talking points, it becomes mind numbing after awhile. Being conservative and/or having libertarian leanings does not mean you can't think critically or disagree with those in power on the right. For me it hit a breaking point.

If everyone is united in outrage and wants the officer punished, and he's in custody, why are people rioting?

Those who are rioting and looting are just taking advantage of Floyd's death for their own selfish purposes to
commit crimes. They don't give 2 wits about Floyd. They run out of stores with stolen goods laughing and having
a ball with their new electronics, jewelry and clothes. Can't let a crisis go waste.
Quite different from the legitimate peaceful protesters mourning a sad situation.

Why is he dangerous? Hannity is a radio personality who must play to his audience. Nothing more, he has as much control over peoples actions as the Mayor of a city, his words are not law.
