I don't see any implication about left wing OR right wing in the OP.
The biggest indicator of motive is the anarchist symbol on the bandana. Anti-establishment views can be found on both extremes, which explains why some Bernie supporters went for DT in 2016.
It is my understanding that more anarchists associate with the right wing than the left wing.
To me, anarchy makes no sense. A lawless state could not possibly survive. It would devolve. A power vacuum is not sustainable. Power will arise to fill the void. It is only logical that a peaceful people prefer that power to be a controlled organization, a government which derives it's power from the consent of the governed rather than that of brutal thugs.
Anybody who wants an example of a weak government has no further to look than Ethiopia or Somalia. Even Afghanistan is a good example. The power vacuum is filled by war lords.
A thriving state can endure with a big powerful government, as long as the governed support it.
I can't imagine how a weak government could survive. That's just one step from anarchy, which is nothing more than survival of the most brutal, who must always be on alert, and are unable to relax or know any security.
