The reality is that this guy is dead. And the cop is still kneeling on his neck AFTER he dies.

One more time, unless Floyd died of a massive drug overdose, the cops caused his death. Nothing to argue. Nothing to refute. Just fact.

I know this video only shows about one minute of an incident that lasted eight or nine minutes, but look closely at Chauvin's knee. He keeps relaxing or adjusting his weight, allowing Floyd to move his head around a little bit.

Most noticeably around the :37 point....

You can see Floyd reposition his head and Chauvin's knee seems moves a little to accommodate him as well.

So if Chauvin was intent on using lethal or brutal force on Floyd, why would he allow even the slightest movement of the head and neck?

Even by the sort of casual looking way Chavin seems to be crouched, it doesn't really look like he's bearing down on Floyd with all of his weight. One knee looks to be on the pavement behind Floyd, supporting most of his weight, the other is on the back of Floyd's head and neck and appears to just be attempting to hold him still.

All I am suggesting here, before some of you start screaming RACIST!!!!! at me, is that there are too many unanswered questions to be condemning Chauvin for at this stage.

If, when the autopsy report is released, it affirms that Floyd died as the result of a crushed windpipe or asphyxiation due to excessive weight on his neck or back etc, then I will join the choir in calling for his conviction.

But until then, I am going to remain open to all possibilities.
Great question; he didn't die of strangulation would be the answer.

The video the PHONY media keep replaying does not show the two other cops; one sitting on his legs and the pother his back. It is obvious he had been resisting. But alas, the politicians are so scared of black thugs they kowtow to the PHONY narratives promoted by the PHONY media.

Only in narrow, prejudiced little minds like yours is there nothing to refute.

He could have had a stress related heart attack due to coronary damage brought about by long term drug abuse.

My late brother in law died from the same thing just sitting in a chair in his living room.

Had he encountered a cop who was forced to restrain him, he likely would have died too, because he was in that bad of condition after the two year drug binge he'd gone on while separated from my sister.

Drugs like meth, cocaine and crack literally destroy the human heart.

You don't know wtf you're yapping about as usual.

Stress related heart attack? Sure, I can go with that. Stress caused by the cop kneeling on his neck.

Too bad about your brother. Floyd wasn’t his living room. He was in the custody of cops. Weird that he coincidentally died at that EXACT moment, huh?

Independent autopsy says homicide by asphyxiation. Murder. The actions of the other officers also contributed to the death. So much for the 'underlying causes' narrative.

You are the stupid POS! Medical Examiner states it didn't happen
A second autopsy disagrees with the county examiners results. They also found no evidence of underlying health issues.

Is that the one that was done by the Floyd family's hand-picked, bought and paid for pathologist?

    Big surprise there....

Or the stress of knowing he was about to be arrested and sent to jail?

Or the stress of his resisting those attempts by the police to arrest him and the subsequent struggle that ensued, resulting in him being pinned to the pavement?

Look. I'm not claiming or insisting that any of what I described happened.

Neither you nor I nor anyone but the cops involved know exactly what happened.

But it could have happened that way in spite of what you claim to know otherwise.
