In addition to all of the facts exonerating Police Officer Wilson, In addition to a grand jury refusing to indict, I would also like to remind you that there was an independent, federal investigation by the Eric Holder led Department of Justice.

Their conclusions were as follows:

Fact 1: "Darren Wilson's actions do not constitute prosecutable violations":

Fact 2: "The evidence, when viewed as a whole, does not support the conclusion that Wilson use of deadly force were objectively unreasonable

Fact 3: Michael Brown likely did reach into Wilson’s vehicle and grab the officer(from the report):

"Brown [reaching into SUV] is corroborated by bruising on Wilson's jaw and scratches on his neck, the presence of Browns' DNA on Wilson's collar, shirt, and pants, and Wilson's DNA on Brown's palm"

Fact 4: "Michael Brown did double back toward Darren Wilson "

Fact 5: The witnesses that were against Wilson had testimony that was "inconsistent with the physical and forensic evidence"

“Wilson attempted to open the driver’s door of the SUV to exit his vehicle, but as he swung it open, the door came into contact with Brown’s body and either rebounded closed or Brown pushed it closed. Wilson and other witnesses stated that Brown then reached into the SUV through the open driver’s window and punched and grabbed Wilson. This is corroborated by bruising on Wilson’s jaw and scratches on his neck, the presence of Brown’s DNA on Wilson’s collar, shirt, and pants, and Wilson’s DNA on Brown’s palm. How is it even possible to start a conversation on how to fix things when that is going on?

It's definitely possible this cop was just a bad cop and an a*hole. Sounds like he had a history of bad behavior and its possible it was against people of all races. So the reflexive response is to yell racism, and it's possible it was racially motivated, but it's also possible it wasn't.
