Is Biden fit to repair the wreckage of Trump's America ? No, he isn't. The Democrats have made a terrible selection error.
If there's any route to deselecting Biden they should take it.

    Excellent observation.

Oh, give DT time. A few nasty tweets should get Alexander in line.

I disagree. I think Biden has the ability to work across the aisle as he did as a Senator. There are a lot of Republicans who respect him. I also think he has a good knowledge of foreign policy and the respect of foreign leaders.

I admire your optimism- but I feel that it's misplaced. Sanders was the man of the moment.

Doris, you truly are incredibly dopey, there are at least 123 vaccine candidates in the pipeline!

No, he didn't capture enough hearts and minds. I was all for him, donated to his campaign. But the only way such radical change could work would be if a majority of the nation is for it. What all his great ideas ran into was a big sold wall of dirty big money. That's where it stopped. Big money is just too powerful for the country to embrace Bernie. Big money has too much influence. Bernie was gonna take down a lot of powerful people with all his plans. Yes, of course we need that, but all those powerful people didn't want that and they usually get what they want. They are not going to just sit by idly and let Bernie crash their profit party. What they wanted was to shut Bernie down and it worked. All the propaganda worked. Still got people voting against their better interest.

The reason the only way Bernie could be successful was with more support was because he would be a lame duck from day one in office without Congress onboard with his platform. That did not exist so it would have been pointless even if he barely got elected. He wouldn't be able to pass any of it. No Green New Deal, no way. It was all DOA before it ever even had a chance. Too much big money power standing in the way.

Bernie is important because he's getting the message out there, but there is a lot more work to do before it can take.

The first thing we have to do is pass the Anti-Corruption Act locally, then statewide, then send Anti-Corruption people to DC, then get it passed at the Federal level, THEN we can have a better chance at somebody like Bernie. First we have to get the big dirty money out of government and unrig the duopoly system.

PoliTalker- Sanders was anti-Izraeli criminality. America is too deep into its brainwashing program to realize the sense in that.
Also- the owner of News Corp, etc. is a neoZionist. Trump has given him mineral licences inside Occupied Syria. The payback was positive media support for Trump and the opposite for Sanders.

In a sense, Izrael deselected Sanders- and it will further interfere in the elections in order to return their man Trump.
