No it does not. You are spreading viruses that are going onto every surface within about ten feet of you. So if I am within ten feet of you, I am covered by your viruses. Two masks will not help me with that.

Most stores in the Northeast, and West Coast would have signs like that. I kind of assumed that most stores in the USA, but I have recently learned that the areas where Covid-19 is exploding now are not practicing masks and social distancing.
