What exactly does SWIFT justice mean? Is it defined as bypassing normal processes and factual evidence gathering and impugning citizens in the court of public opinion adjudicated by the PHONY media?

The term is speedy trial. There is no way to deliver "swift justice", because justice often takes time and a lot of hard work. The trial can be speedy though. It means the defendant is not held for years waiting for a trial to even decide if he is guilty.

It is sad that the 6th Amendment has been forgotten, and defendants often rot for years in jail just waiting for a chance to see evidence that has mostly been forgotten.

The most successful solution has been to fire the entire police force, and start again. It works well in small cities, but it is hard to do in big cities.

What a stupid idea. Every organization that has thousands of employees has a few bad eggs. Training and good supervision keeps it to a minimum.
