actually POLITICAL SPEECH is the MOST PROTECTED type of speech. nothing to do with "bad faith"
"lies and misinform" are largely determined by one's politics - which is why Twitter is using it's editorial powers unevenly as well. ( ie. they are corporate political hacks)

The problem with arguing a defense of bad faith is that it clouds everything else you say in bad faith.

So if you say you have the right to lie and misinform, that means no one can trust anything you are saying.

Saying that there are only two genders does not promote violence. Stating the fact that mail in ballots lead to voter fraud does not promote violence. They were not banning calls for violence they were editorializing which they are banned from doing as a liability exempt neutral platform.
