Default Prosecutors warn there is ‘evidence that does not support criminal charge’

Prosecutors have warned there is ‘evidence that does not support criminal charges’ in the case of four cops accused of killing George Floyd, as they say police can use a ‘certain amount of force - but not excessive’.

But my job in the end is to prove he violated a criminal statute - but there is other evidence that does not support a criminal charge.'

    Whoops
There's six minutes of video of the cop with his knee on the neck of a subdued perp, with three other officers present who did nothing to stop it. There's no excuse. No other evidence could possibly negate that.

It’s excessive when a man tells you he can’t breathe and passes out and you continue to keep your knee on his neck.

There is a video of Floyd acting like something was wrong with him when the cops first got him to the side walk. He seemed to collapse against the wall. Then when they pick him up and start to the police he has a grimace on his face. There is another video shot from a distance where they are walking him to the cop car and his legs buckle under him and the cops end up carrying him over to the cop car. And u have no clue how much force was put on his neck wth the knee, he could still talk!

Something was wrong with him before the cop knee!

Suppose Floyd had a cardiac event because he took PCP etc??

It amazes me how people from shithole places like Tennessee really love living in a banana republic.

A Modest Proposal For Separating Blue States From Red

    Dear Red-State Trump Voter,
Let’s face it, guys: We’re done.

It is a tragedy that so much of the work that so many men and women toiled at for so long to make this a better country, and a better world, has been thrown away, leaving us all in such needless peril.

This is why our separation in all but name is necessary.

I guess you know how much pressure the officer was applying.

Floyds head and shoulders were moving his face was to the side he had a clear air way.

For him to lift his shoulders, move his head and talk shows not much pressure was applied.

He passed out. The officer kept his knee on Floyd’s neck, he did not administer aid. It was excessive.

What part of his neck was his knee on?

So if someone had their knee on the SIDE of your neck it will cut off all air flow?

Obviously the police department did not agree.
