"When government fears the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny."
A lie doesn't become the truth, wrong doesn't become right, and evil doesn't become good just because it is accepted by a majority.

Bullshit, you can see the officer's right foot moving around, indicating he has most of his weight on that left knee and foot. That is significant evidence of great force being exerted on the perp's neck. Furthermore, he's face down and cuffed, there's no good reason to continue to hold his knee on the guy's neck. None.
Every life matters
There is desperation in you presenting "supposes" with no evidence.
If he had a heart attack, while being choked, that is called murder. You take your victim the way you found him. There is a real chance Floyd was not healthy at that moment. That is not a mitigating situation for murder.
If they had just hit him, and he died, they could get the charges reduced to manslaughter. Hitting can lead to murder, but there is no such assumption. Choking becomes difficult, especially because they continued choking for minutes after he was unconscious.

A Congresswoman from another state has no say in what charges are filed.
It is easy to charge with multiple charges(both murder and manslaughter). The jury can decide wither murder or manslaughter. Sometimes a prosecutor will take manslaughter off the table to force a jury to either go with murder or not guilty. It is rare, and doubtful they would do so in this case.
If the jury goes with manslaughter, the prosecutor claims success in putting the criminal in prison, and blames the jury for not going with murder. It is the perfect situation for a prosecutor.
The real issue appears to be when the police department saw the surveillance video, and realized that the police had lied completely about the resisting arrest. There was a death, and all four police lied about the events leading up to the death. That is not good for continuing employment.
