Not paying attention to him is excellent advice.

It does exist you're a lying fuck, but whether or not it exists is irrelevant to the fact that twitter editorialized and now are going to lose their liability exempt status.

Ex-Nevada AG describes ballots 'piled up in apartments and trash cans and in hallways' due to mail-in voting

"This is the game," said Laxalt, outside counsel for the nonprofit Americans for Public Trust. "It's about winning elections and gaining power and here in my swing state ... you are seeing videos of thousands of ballots that are piled up in apartments and trash cans and in hallways. And this is all because we are doing our first mail-in ballot election in the history of our state all under the cloak of the pandemic."

The former state AG went on to claim that Nevada, which is one of several states that have chosen to expand mail-in voting during the COVID-19 pandemic, has been sending absentee ballots to inactive voters.

"Inactive voters, 200,000 of them were mailed ballots all across the greater Las Vegas area," he said, "and we have no way to know if these are going to lead to massive voter fraud, and they continue to sue to get rid of signature verifications and to enact the California-style ballot harvesting right here in Nevada."
Laxalt urged residents to "put pressure" on the Nevada secretary of state's office as well as local registrars to "stop this practice."

"The interesting thing about this," he noted, "is that the Democrat registrar in Clark County [where Las Vegas is located] said 'I don't want to mail inactive voters' ... What happened? His county commission, almost all Democrats, said, 'You are going to mail inactive voters.' ... There's a postal worker in Las Vegas who was quoted as saying, 'I'm seeing ballots everywhere. They're not secure. What is going to happen with all these ballots?'"

Texas AG Launches Mail-Ballot Voter Fraud Probe in Harris County

State officials are launching an investigation into alleged voter fraud after receiving a citizen complaint about mail-ballot harvesting in Harris County.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s office notified local resident Colleen Vera earlier this week that they are taking action on her election complaint, which was filed with the Texas Secretary of State’s office in April.

Paxton’s probe comes as his office is fighting two lawsuits filed by the Texas Democrat Party using the coronavirus as an excuse to allow everyone to vote by mail.

Vera’s complaint documents that “people with prior forgery convictions picked up large batches of ballot by mail applications for local campaigns and a number of voted ballots were marked identically,” said SOS Director of Elections Keith Ingram when he referred the matter to OAG earlier this month.

A video first made public by watchdog group Direct Action Texas, showing what appeared to be illegal mail-ballot harvesting in Harris County’s 2018 Democrat primary, prompted Vera’s research.

The video shows a woman identifying herself as a campaign worker for State Rep. Harold Dutton (D–Houston) and telling an elderly voter how to fill out her ballot, adding “we’ve done over 400 already.”

“After seeing the video, you can’t help but say there’s a problem here,” Vera told Texas Scorecard.

South Philly judge of elections admits he took bribes to stuff the ballot box for Democratic candidates

A former judge of elections and Democratic committeeperson from South Philadelphia has pleaded guilty to accepting thousands of dollars in bribes to inflate the vote totals for three Democratic candidates for Common Pleas Court judge in 2015, and for other Democratic candidates for office in 2014 and 2016, U.S. Attorney William M. McSwain announced Thursday.

Domenick J. DeMuro, 73, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to deprive Philadelphia voters of their civil rights by fraudulently stuffing the ballot boxes for the judicial candidates and for other candidates seeking office in the 2014 and 2016 primary elections. And he admitted violating the Travel Act, which forbids the use of a cell phone to promote illegal activity, McSwain’s office said.

You are one dumb son of a bitch. The FCC is a regulatory body of the Executive Branch of the federal government under the direct authority of the President of the United States which has been ceded this regulatory authority through statutes passed by the Legislature. You are what happens when they stop teaching civics and start teaching virtue signaling. In your retarded wet brain you literally just posted that there are actually four branches of government; the Legislature, the Executive, the Judiciary, and the FCC. Drink bleach because you are too stupid to live, everyone in this forum is now dumber for having read your post, I award you no points and may god have mercy on your soul.

The Trump Organization should incorporate their own platform which would have the same liability exempt status and watch the heads of big tech, the MSM, and the DNC explode.

When they ban and censor the content of users based on political leanings they are editorializing thus every poster on their site becomes legally no different than a journalist working for a publisher with editorial control over their reporters.

Editorial content is not the issue, it is being able to be sued for defamation, libel, etc.
That's liability exempt status you dumb fuck. Editorial content is the the only issue, platforms can't editorialize only publishers can.

Lol his Executive Orders have only applied to his status as head of the Executive in charge of the regulatory bodies under his command. His Executive Orders are in line with his Executive powers unlike the fascist pig Obama who used Executive orders to usurp the authority and powers of the Legislature.

    A) The tweet in question had nothing to do with the coronavirus.

    B) when doctors are banned and censored for disagreeing with the CCP lap dogs at the WHO, that is the opposite of science you disgusting Orwellian goose stepping fuck.

    C) there was no incitement to violence whatsoever you are a joke of a human being.

Nobody wants "free speech" less than trump. He'd censor liberal speech in a heartbeat, if he could.

Yes standing up against the Orwellian nightmare of big tech censorship is an indicator that Trump opposes free speech. So is the fact that Trump has opened his administration to more access to the press than any other President in history. War Is Peace, Freedom Is Slavery, and Ignorance Is Strength!

"Opened his administration to more press access?"

I remember when he went over a year without a solo press conference. What was he afraid of?
