Amongst normal people, I reckon I'd probably describe myself as what I was brought up, a Christian Socialist. Americans tend to use both words in such bafflingly strange senses that it hardly seems possible to enter into discussion with such aggressive people; they seem to me to have no Christian characteristics whatever, so in your world 'atheist' is probably more honourable.

It is very unfortunate..

They are super aggressive~towards sinners & sin, well accept for their own sins..... Which are not as bad as other ppls sins, cause Jesus knows they are good and He forgives them, not those bad ppl......

I think Jesus gave many good examples, like this one: There was that one praying, thanking God that he was not like these other men, sinners & what not & then Jesus mentioned the other one there, ripping his robe & asking for forgiveness for he knows he is unworthy~or something to that effect......
