There is little doubt that extreme brutality was used against a criminal that was suspected of the crime of forgery......simply look at the history of this police officer....he was chastised at least 12x previously for using extreme and unnecessary force. Why was he still allowed to serve? Its a failure of leadership in a Blue State that is now allowing left wing hate groups like ANTIFA to burn their city to the ground.
Notice the difference between civil protestors of the RIGHT.....and the criminal violence protests used by the left. THE PEOPLE are getting weary of these left wing fascist assholes calling themselves defenders of democracy. Follow the money...…..its the same evil players, George Soros is funding the destruction of Minneapolis.

Yeah......the "COMMRADES" are doing a good job shitting where they eat and sleep...…...like SWINE.

He resisted arrest, was put face down on the ground. The cop used an improper pin and applied pressure to back of neck. Normally this doesn't kill a person, so I'm guessing he had a preexisting condition.
This media angel, also has a rap sheet, including felonies of assault.

"Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman said Chauvin was in custody and facing third-degree murder and manslaughter charges."
https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/...re/5279830002/
Only the 1 cop was arrested.
Charged with manslaughter
told you.
If you were choking him at the time, then you would go to prison for murder. Every murder victim would have died sooner or later of something else, but they died first from being murdered. If every murder victim had been stronger, they would have survived the murder attempt, but they were not.
It does not matter if Floyd had other health problems that contributed to him dying from being choked, or if he would have died from those health problems sooner or later. That describes every other murder victim.
That the police continued to choke him for four minutes after he lost consciousness, and even after he died... That locks in murder charges.
What, are you fucking 5?? They're charging him with third-degree murder.
But I'm not shocked at all the local DA under-charged his colleague. I know the law better than you. I'm an attorney. What do you do, besides collect social security and act like a racist shit online?

He was charged with murder, you quoted the link saying he was charged with murder, and now you're claiming you were right because they threw in a lesser included charge of manslaughter?
Not only would you be a shit lawyer, I doubt you can even read English, you pathetic klansman.
Floyd cooperated. The former police claimed that he resisted arrest, but the security video shows that was not true.
Choking will always kill a person when done for long enough. We need air to live. He may have had a preexisting condition that made that go quicker, but murders are stuck with their victim's health. The police had a warning that Floyd was dying when he called for help, and later when he lost consciousness.
Murder victims often have rap sheets, but there were no "felonies of assault." He only was arrested once for armed robbery, but not assault. It happened 13 years ago.
Chauvin is charged with third degree murder and manslaughter, as I said he would be. A jury will decide if choking foreseeable leads to death.
If I were the other three, I would not get comfortable. The prosecutor is almost certainly working out what to charge them with. To get murder, the prosecutor needs to work out a conspiracy. To avoid murder they need to work out no conspiracy.
