Default If George Loyd had tried to prove his innocence in court instead of resisting arrest

Have the George Loyds of the world ever considered trying to prove their innocence in COURT...rather than resisting arrest, getting brutalized, and then playing the victim?

Yes, clearly one can only point out that acting like a civilized human being with a functional brain would prevent all this carnage...if it's about seeking attention.
