I keep hearing racist whites say this.

What exactly would an official cause of death (autopsy) prove?

    Be specific.

    I wish.

A world government, a government of all humans, makes the most sense. We are all linked by circumstances anyway.

Of course that can't happen because of religion, hatred, pride, greed, etc.

Kapernick was showing disrespect to every law abiding American citizen. We just had memorial day to remember the ultimate sacrifice so many made so people like Kapernick can make a complete ass of them selves you included. If he had wanted to protest police brutality why wasn't he demonstrating in front of the Mayors home where the brutality happened? I'll tell you why he worships the almighty dollar and used this venue to increase his exposure. What did he accomplish? He lost his job and most likely will never play again. I guess most Americans agree with me. Now just sit back and eat your crow.
He wasn't showing disrespect to me.....I STILL DON'T STAND FOR THE NATION ANTHEM to this day.

That's the problem with racist whites.........they think police brutality is all inclusive.

What Colin did as a socially conscious protester was was smart.

Your attempt to caricature me as a Fox News stereotype of a leftist social justice warrior is of no consequence. I have a public record on this board of sticking up for any group, person, or ideology which merits it.
This is where we disagree. You have to draw attention to it anyway we can. Not everyone has the type of platform Kap has.

Racist white men and women armed with guns stormed the capital in protest and demanded the country open itself up to a virus that is killing hundreds of thousand...........and they were successful. No rubber bullets or tear gas required.

As for the "violence" at the protest........it's not started by the protesters it's started by the kops.

We have to protest by any means necessary.

I don't think that's true. White guys get roughed up by the police all the time and sometimes they die, but you almost never hear about it. Not to mention all the white people as well as other black people who are killed by blacks all the time which you never hear about either.

There is an unmistakable trend in the news media nowadays to make unfortunate outcomes against blacks during police arrests a cause célèbre while ignoring much more egregious acts by blacks against others.

I'm not claiming it's a political agenda as much as I think they just know these stories generate more attention and that is what they are most interested in.

If there wasn't such a violent crime problem within the black community, I and most other white people would agree with you.

But until young black people stop engaging in so much crime and violence themselves, you're not going to get a lot of sympathy.

Not only do the kops need to be held accountable but whom ever called them need to be held accountable as well.

These cops are going to end up in federal court for civil rights charges
