8 voters.
That really proves the opposite point. No one ever said there was ZERO fraud. Just insignificant.
Federal law enforcement officials announced on Tuesday that they charged Thomas Cooper, a mail carrier in West Virginia, for alleged attempted election fraud.
“Cooper, age 47, of Dry Fork, West Virginia, is charged with ‘Attempt to Defraud the Residents of West Virginia of a Fair Election.’ According to the affidavit filed with the complaint, Cooper held a U.S. Postal Service contract to deliver mail in Pendleton County,” The Department of Justice said in a statement. “In April 2020, the Clerk of Pendleton County received ‘2020 Primary Election COVID-19 Mail-In Absentee Request’ forms from eight voters on which the voter’s party-ballot request appeared to have been altered.”

What's with the name "Cooper" lately?
Well, that’s the one they caught.
What’s the ‘compelling’ reason for mail in voting, anyway? We seem to have gotten along fine without for two plus centuries. COVID is a weak excuse since standing in line to vote is just one more thing to stand in line for.
Assuming, we’ll still be standing in line in November.

You could find similar examples of this kind of fraud at a traditional venue, as well. I deal in facts. Facts are that - despite plenty of investigation - there has been no widespread fraud, for regular voting or mail-in. I don't deal in conspiracy stuff.
And we've discussed this. The compelling reason is keeping people from standing in close proximity for extended lengths of time, during a pandemic involving a very transmittable contagion.
It's a really obvious question. As I've said - some take COVID seriously.

No, it doesn't. People wait in lines because there isn't a choice in some cases.
We have a choice w/ voting. And one for which there is no proven widespread fraud.
Republicans just don't want that many people to vote. It's been that way for years - since motor voter. Republicans do better when fewer people vote.
