Masks don't stop viruses, so obviously they are not very good at it.

    What pandemic?

The misinformation is coming from people like you.

All that is relevant is the content of my arguments. My education, knowledge, etc. has no bearing on that content.

Yes, that is one way of transmission.

Ahhhhhh, the old "act like you're done, but actually not be done" tactic, mixed with the old "sock accusation" tactic... Why am I not impressed?

Masks stop the droplets that the virus travels on, so it stops the virus from spreading. The only real question is how good of a job it does. There is no question that it does the job.

One of the big unanswered questions is how much of a role surfaces play in contagion. The droplets containing the virus will land on surfaces (including the gloves and masks you speak of), and linger there. In theory, that is one vector of infection. How big a one is unknown.

It is dangerous for the workers to have to clean up the infected gloves and masks. How dangerous? No one knows.
