It is amazing to see how totalitarian the left has become. One of the reasons I believe that Trump will go down as one of the most consequential Presidents of all time is that his mere presence in Washington DC has forced the enemies of this country to expose themselves. No longer can they hide behind their pre chinese virus masks.

One of the biggest revelations for me through all of this is seeing friends of mine who at best have been apolitical. They vote, but they don't follow things as closely as I do. As for restricting movement, the only restrictions are against large gatherings. You're still free to leave your house, go shopping, yell about Socialism, and what have you.
Limiting the exercise of religion? Nope. You're free to talk to the invisible sky man. Religious centers are closed, but so is every unessential business that creates large gatherings.

Basically, you're bitching about how during a national health pandemic, people aren't allowed to gather in groups in public, despite this only being temporary. And you have no examples from before the pandemic.
