We already knew that every phone conversation is archived,we already knew that you can be tracked everywhere you carry your phone, but we didn't know that the speaker and camera on your phone can be turned on to listen and watch- EVEN IF YOUR PHONE IS POWERED DOWN!
So we are all being violated! Has nothing to do with the Democrats! It's the NSA! The Supreme court has said as much, but only Congress can do anything about it.
