Man who filmed shooting of Ahmaud Arbery charged with murder

The video indicates that arbery was the attacker!!! These 3 white boys are being screwed every way but right side up.

He saw the two McMichaels jump into the truck with guns. It doesn't mean they were going to shoot him though. I was thinking of alternate scenarios, like maybe they hoped to catch him, threaten him and taunt him with the guns but it didn't go according to plan.

It's like following a cop and filming him being in the process of shooting a suspect.

According to one of the McMichaels, Roddie helped them try and stop Arbery which is why he is being charged. If all he did is film the event and nothing else I have hard time understanding the charges.

More likely they thought arbery was armed since he had a conviction for a gun crime.

The McMichaels claimed that Bryan was working with them, and had cut Arbery off with his car. Bryan claimed he was not working with the McMichaels, and had not cut Arbery off with his car. There are apparently other witnesses that Bryan is lying. You do not want to be caught lying in a murder case.

For the sake of argument lets say Bryan is lying, and the McMichaels are telling the truth about him. Then Bryan played an active role in the conspiracy to kill Arbery, which makes him just as guilty as the man who pulled the trigger. If you are part of a kidnapping, and the victim is killed by one of your coconspirators, you are guilty of murder.

If Bryan is smart, he will enter into a plea bargain where he tells the court what was agreed to before following Arbery, and how the attacks began.

If the claim is false, then basically they are trying to throw him under the bus for lesser charges.
